Choosing the right workout fabrics can help you sweat more efficiently by keeping you cool and comfortable. Here are the best workout fabrics to look for next time you purchase activewear.

Nylon

Nylon is a material that is stronger, more durable, breathable, and scratch-resistant. It also has a great ability to drain moisture away from your skin, so when you sweat, it evaporates through the fabric, and you stay reasonably dry rather than saturated.

Bamboo

Bamboo is a popular textile in activewear due to its natural antibacterial and sweat-wicking properties. Because of its unique formulation, it also delivers up to 50 UPF sun protection.
